Ice Hockey Facility Complete LED Smart Lighting Package

This lighting package is perfect for Indoor Ice Hockey Facilities.   The package is designed for small ice hockey arenas that have capacity/seating for up to 500 people.  The high bay fixtures can be used as simple on/off fixtures or have the added smart control feature included which allows motion sensing, step dimming, grouping and scheduling.   The smart functionality can be controlled with any Iphone or Android device.

Example 1: If you have ice time for a group and their time is up, you can have the lights grouped so that 1/3 of the lights would turn off so that the players would know to exit the ice.   

Example 2: The lights could be programmed to be set so that only lights over team areas are illuminated for Championship Game Introductions

Example 3.  The outer spectator lights can be dimmed so that only rink lights will illuminate during figure skating performances.

Lighting Standards:
This package has an average facility foot candle rating of 53.   The standard for recreational play is 20 fc.   For amateur play facilities which host regional tournaments and club level sports is 50 fc.   Professional facilities require 100 fc.   We can configure a setup for professional arenas using higher powered fixtures, please inquire for details.

Indoor High School LED Basketball Gymnasium Smart Lighting Package with Optional Controls and Accessories

This lighting package is ideal for High School or Recreational Basketball Gymnasiums.  The package is designed for basketball gyms which have spectator seat for up to 500 people.  The high bay fixtures can be used as simple on/off fixtures or have the added smart control feature included which allows motion sensing, step dimming, grouping and scheduling.   Smart functionality can be controlled with any Iphone or Android device.

Example 1: Scheduling can automatically turn on/off the lights at preset times.  So if practice starts at 8 am, the lights could turn on at 7:50 and dim to 50% when practice should be over.   

Example 2: The lights can be programmed to be set so that only lights over team areas are illuminated for pre-game introductions

Example 3.  Motion sensors with step dimming can be used.   So when practice time starts, the lights power on instantly.  And when the team concludes practice and all participants have exited, the lights will dim to 30%.  The facility manager doesn't need to be present and can attend to other facility matters.

Indoor Tennis Court Indirect Direct Lighting Package T5 8' HIDEF

The Hi Def fixture is perfect for indoor tennis sports lighting.  Specifically designed with Tennis in mind, the indirect - direct lighting setup is ideal for tennis courts when lined outside of the alleys.  The fixtures feature 360° of light and use T5HO lamps to cut energy and maximize light output all while minimizing glare because of the fixture design.  Choose a 4, 5, 6 or 7 per row setup to perfectly layout your tennis court. Keep in mind these fixtures are 8' long whereas most manufacturers are using 4' fixtures.  Included hanging kits use Gripple Y-Fit double points and are easy to level.  Also included are lamps for fixtures and a 12' white jacketed cord (no plug). Choose from three types, 4100k, 5000k, or 6500k, all which exceed minimum Class I ITF standards.   6500k lamps are recommended.  However 5000k lamps are the easiest to source and replace.

Our fixture setup typically saves between 40-60% on energy costs over traditional metal halide sports lighters.  You can save even more energy because of Instant On.  There's no need for warming up lights or a cooling period after a power outage.  Also you can utilize motion sensing to only illuminate the courts when people are playing.  Central circuit motion sensing is the best way and can save some facilities up to 90% on energy costs.  Contact us to discuss motion sensing as every court is different.

Class I - 750 lux or 69.7 lumens/sq ft - Top-level national and international competitions with requirements for spectators

- Our 7 fixture row setup averages 94 foot candles or 1,011 lux
- Our 6 fixture row setup averages 80 foot candles or 861 lux 

Class II - 500 lux or 46.4 lumens/sq ft - Mid-level competition, such as regional or local club tournaments. This generally involves medium-sized numbers of spectators with average viewing distances. High-level training may also be included in this class

- Our 5 fixture per row setup will hit 67 foot candles or 721 lux average on a typical 3 court setup
- Our 4 fixture per row setup will hit 54 foot candles or 581 lux average on a typical 3 court setup 

Class III - 300 lux or 27.8 lumens/sq ft - Low-level competition, such as local or small club tournaments. This does not usually involve spectators. General training, school sports and recreational activities also fall into this class.  This also includes awesome residential setups.
